Mark I love your work. I am the founder and CEO of Modern-twist and Stasher. I am looking to do a cookbook all about cooking for your family utilizing stasher, from Mom boiling babies carrots in the bag and mashing them right in the bag to the freezer to cooking a chef quality meal with Sous vide ( Joule, Anova ) We just partnered with Anova. I am just starting to look into this, would love your input on publishers, food stylists. I know you are a Dad and love to work with food, and perhaps have passion for a healthier alternative to plastic. I am new to publishing as I have never published a book but I don't normally like to do anything unless it is inspirational, visually delicious, and in this case, a movement that helps consumers visualize how easy it is to do the right thing by their health and the planet's health by changing those little things that they don't pay attention to, that are really going to do some damage in the long run.
